Do you need an open house
The benefits of an open house are debatable. Industry experts agree that they tend to benefit realtors more than home owners. (After all, it's a great way for realtors to get new clients.)
But that doesn't mean that they can't work. The Dallas location of your home will be a big factor in holding an open house.
If your home is close to a high traffic area it can help with the exposure, but if it hidden deep inside a housing project where there is very little traffic probably not.
